Our Whitstable Home

A detached 4 bedroom bungalow in the North Kent Coastal Heritage town of Whitstable. The downstairs has a large family room that looks out over the garden. This area has an open plan kitchen and family room / dining room with a breakfast bar with seating for 4. It also has a wood burning stove.
The kitchen has an AEG Induction hob, oven and and oven/grill/microwave, Nespresso machine and a bread maker as well a a large fridge freezer and a dishwasher.
There is also a washing machine and tumble dryer "tucked away"!
The garden has a breakfast deck area as well as a seating area at the bottom of the garden - so you catch the sun all day.
There is also a TV room for the whole family with a smart TV, DVD player, Netflix and BT vision with high speed broadband.
Outside there is a garden office which double as a mini "gym" with an elliptical trainer. It also contains our large DVD collection - help yourself...
Downstairs there are 2 double bedrooms.
There is a bathroom with WC, basin, large bath and a power shower over the bath.
Upstairs has 1 double 1 single bedroom and a small WC with basin.
Outside there is off-street parking for 2 cars.
There is a log store also.
We are 2 mins walk (you cross one road) from the shingle beach, the local shops in Tankerton with good independent butchers, green grocers, a micro pub and the all important Independent wine shop - oh! and of course the inevitable Tesco and a cash point.
Whitstable is about a 10minute walk away and has an array of famous, fabulous independent shops and restaurants (there are 100 pubs and restaurants here!). The harbour is 5 minute walk away.
We live on a very quiet cul-de-sac with lovely neighbours. Canterbury is 6miles South & London is 1hr 20mins by train.
