Lovely 3 Bed home in London SE22, England

Our home is an Edwardian terraced house in Dulwich Village, one of the most attractive and historic areas of London. There's good shops, bars and restaurants nearby. The train station is ten minutes walk away, and a regular service runs to London Bridge station in central London, a journey of 14 minutes. There's one double bedroom and two small children's bedrooms, a lounge, one bathroom and a kitchen/dining room. One child's bedroom has a bed large enough for a pre-teen but not an older child. There's a good sized garden. The kitchen's a bit tatty, but well-equipped, the house is stuffed with interesting books and CDs/records, and we have broadband wi-fi. The neighbours are friendly. Our cat will want feeding twice a day.
