Large, bright flat close to the centre of Edinburgh

We live in a duplex apartment in a traditional Edinburgh tenement in Leith, close to the city centre. Our home has wonderful views to the south of Edinburgh. On the top floor there is a double bedroom, 2 single rooms (both with slide out extra beds) and bathroom. The lower floor has 2 living rooms (one with double sofa bed), office and well equipped kitchen/dining room and second bathroom.

About the location

Our neighbours are quiet and friendly. Leith shore is 15 minutes walk from our house where you will find many bars and restaurants. Many places of interest are within walking distance although there is an excellent bus service also. During the Edinburgh Festival in August the city is buzzing with many events on offer.
