My house is located in a suburb of Rochester, New York. It is about a mile from Lake Ontario and half mile from large park with hiking trails and golf course. The Finger Lakes & Niagara Falls are both about 1 hours from here.
There are 2 bedrooms with double beds and an additional room used as a den that could have an inflatable mattress for extra sleeping room. The downstairs has a kitchen, dining room, living room with fireplace and a den. Half of the basement is finished and there is a covered patio area in the backyard.
