Our family home in Benton is 10 mins drive or metro (2 mins walk) from the city centre and coastal routes (15 mins to the Coast).

Our house consists of lounge, sun room and a fully equipped gym room, breakfast room with a modern family kitchen and sitting room, large office with a 3rd shower-room/wc, the first floor is bedroom one (with en suite bathroom and Jacuzzi off), three further double bedrooms, family bathroom, the house has the benefit of gas central heating to radiators, double glazing, drive at front of the property for off street parking for two vehicles and a delightful rear garden with two separate decking areas, balcony accessible from sun room leading from kitchen, lawns, flower borders, patio area with rear risen patio/decked area, trampoline and fully enclosed walled garden (very child friendly). The city itself is a bustling mixture of old and new with historic cathedral, castle keep and walls, and a splendid array of bridges including the new millenimum bridge with its 'winking eye movement'. The regenerated riverside has not only splendid bars, restuarants and walks it also has the Baltic Arts Centre as well as the impressive Sage. We are in close proximity for other tourist spots - the Angel of the North and Tynemouth Priory and Haven. Newcastle is an excellent location base for further exploration of the North, including Durham and Hexham to the South and West and then the glorious unspoilt Northumberland coastline.
