Lovely 2 Bed home in Surfers Paradise Gold Coast, Australia

Our holiday unit is in Surfers Paradise. It is on the river side of the bustling city so it is homely and peaceful however close enough to walk to the action if you want it. You can walk 10mins to Surfers Paradise beach and the heart of Cavill Avenue.

It is a nice modern air conditioned unit with 3 balconies, views of the Surfers skyline, river views (not ocean). We have a jetty to the river at the back of the building if you wanted to hire a boat etc. It has one ensuited bedroom and other other has a bathroom next to it. The main has queen bed and the other has double. Unit has washer/dryer. Well appointed kitchen but we seem to eat out in local restaurants because they are cheap and within walking distance. The unit is 1 of 6 in a 3 level walk up. It is on the top floor and feels very private.

The street is semi residential so it has a nice local feel as well as tourists coming and going. The river side of Surfers Paradise has a more seaside village atmosphere rather than the fast, glitzy nightclub area around the ocean side.

The unit has double basement carpark with electric gates.

Exchange does not have to be simultaneous.
