Our house is located in rural Norfolk, about 2 miles from the market town of Wymondham and within easy access of Norwich. Wymondham has good shopping, a leisure centre and a beautiful abbey.
Our detached home has three receptions on the ground floor comprising a beamed dining room, lounge with woodburner and gardenroom. Upstairs we have 3 double beds and 2 large singles. The garden is just under 2 acres with a large pond with island and hard tennis court. There are plenty of toys, games and outdoor stuff.
The Norfolk Broads are about 40 minutes drive where there is good sailing and fishing. The east coast is a similar distance away.
