Lovely 2 Bed home in Valley Village, USA

We have a charming, comfortable, air conditioned house in the Valley Village area of Los Angeles. WIFI. Maid, gardener and pool service. Hardwood floors, 2 bedrooms, 2 full baths. Master has king sized bed & ensuite bath. Boys room has twin beds. There is also a detached guestroom with internet and lots of books, fine for a teen to sleep. The office has a fireplace and opens to a large private garden w/saline pool and jacuzzi! The two-car garage is converted into a fun playroom (with A/C, drumset, foosball, tv, toys, scooters, art supplies. The large gated garden is shaded by a huge mulberry tree, there are outdoor eating areas, gas BBQ, fire pit, and porches back and front with comfy chairs. We'll have a Toyota Corolla (seats 5) and Honda Pilot(8). There are lots of toys & games, Wii, a basketball hoop and satellite TV, surfboards, boogie boards, bikes, scooters. Great for a family, there's nothing to break.

Very private, but close to everything LA has to offer. Half hour to the beach, 10 minutes to Hollywood.
