Small house in central London

We live in a small house in central London. It comprises a living room, dining/kitchen and cloakroom downstairs and two bedrooms and office and a bathroom upstairs. It has a small garden/patio at the back. It is in good condition having been totally refurbished a few years ago. It's warm comfortable and secure. We have a cat (but feeding and cleaning of litter tray would NOT be required).

About the location

The great thing about the house is the location. You can walk to the Houses of Parliament, River Thames and Tate Modern art gallery. We are well served by public transport and its an easy walk to two underground stops. (Oval and Vauxhall) We are close to two world famous theatres The Old Vic and the Young Vic. The West End including all the theatres, art galleries, ballet and opera that come with it is around fifteen minutes away. If you want to get out to the countryside then Victoria station is two stops on the underground. Also close to The Tower of London, Tate Modern and Tower Bridge. It's the perfect house for a central London break.
