It has 1400 sqft with 3 bedrooms, a double living room with wood burning fireplace,dining room and kitchen with all modern ammenities. There are 4 cable tvs, a dvd and a video player. There are 2 forty foot balconies with beautiful views of the Rocky Mountains. The air is dry and temperatures are in the 40s in the morning and 70s in the afternoon.
