Lovely 4 Bed home in Dundee, Scotland

Dundee is in the heart of Tayside which is famous for its golf courses and outdoor pursuits. There are many restaurants bars and cafes. Our house is a 5 minute walk from the main bus route into town. St Andrews by car is 10 miles away and Edinburgh 55 miles. The City of Perth is the gateway to the Scottish highlands and is 20 mins away.

Our house is a detached 4 bedroom bungalow with 3 double bedrooms, 1single bedroom that also has a sofa bed that converts to a double bed potentially three children could share this room , a Sitting room and informal kitchen,dining and living area. One of the bedrooms also has a couch bed which is often used as another double bed. There is a bathroom with a separate shower and a separate WC /showeroom. Our house was built in the 50's. We have lived here for 30 years.

Its called the city of discovery (Captain Scott's ship Discovery is a tourist attraction here). Lots to do in the city itself, it is large enough to have everything you could wish. In the greater local area if you have a car, there is lots to do.
