This is a four bedroom 100 year old house close to one of the city's largest parks (with playground, tennis courts, cafes,rose garden, football pitches, walled garden, rockery). We have four bedrooms, a large sitting room, kitchen, dining room and playroom for young children. The house is full of books and toys. We also have a west facing garden.

Brighton manages to be fun and cultural for all age groups with its pebbly beach, pier, The Pavilion, museums and playgrounds. We are a short drive or bus journey from the beautiful South Downs and a 30 minute walk (or 15 minute bus journey) from the beach. We are a 15 minute walk from Preston Park Station with direct trains to Gatwick and London in under an hour.
