Our lovely, sunny and beautifully restored Edwardian house is situated in the heart of 'The Grid' in Southfields, in south west London, moments away from Wimbledon Park and the famous Wimbledon Tennis Championships for the last 100 years.

Southfields itself is a leafy and green suburb, friendly, safe and family-orientated, close to everything London has to offer: only 30mins by Tube to Covent Garden and the heart of London and only one stop to Putney and the river Thames.

The Tube station on the District Line is only a short 3 min walk away where you can also find a small high street with a village feel with its collection of small food stores, cafes, eateries and other useful local shops.

The house itself is a fine example of a roomy Edwardian villa, full of period features and decorated throughout in modern decor. There are two grand working fire places in the living room and the downstairs study (which also has french doors to the garden) and a very large and sunny foodies kitchen perfect for entertaining with it's range cooker and large doors leading to the sunny patio and garden beyond. Upstairs there are three large double bedrooms, all with period features and 2 bathrooms (these are in the process of being rennovated as we speak).

An ideal base for exploring London, the home counties and the south coast which is only an hour away. Or perhaps you are a keen Tennis follower who would like to swap during the Championships?

We have a lovely cat called Noah who lives with us, we can arrange for a neighbour to feed him if you can't - you would hardly notice he was there.
