Victorian Sussex cottage home swap
Our home is a three bedroom cottage in the centre of the village. Two of the bedrooms have double beds and there is a single fold up bed which can be used in the study. We have a spacious bathroom which has toilet, bath and a separate shower cubicle.
On the ground floor is a sitting room and a large kitchen/diner. In the hall a cloakroom with second toilet and washbasin.
There are 2 TVs ( one with Sky sports), a huge selection of CDs, DVDs and books. We have wifi and a wireless printer.
The house is cosy in winter. It has efficient heating and, if you wish, an open fire in the sitting room.
The kitchen is well equipped - electric hob, double oven, washing machine, tumble drier, dishwasher, microwave, fridge freezer and coffee machine.
At the back of the house is a secluded, sunny patio area with table and chairs. At the front is a well stocked colourful,English cottage garden. No grass to cut !
