Best of all though are the views of the loch (2 mins walk away) with its ever changing light on the water and the mountainous region of the Arrochar Alps which lie beyond. Nearby is the local shop - with a pub and ferry terminal in the next village connecting you easily to Glasgow.

We are also perfectly placed here for discovering the rest of the west coast of Scotland. Continue for an 1 hr 1/2 around the coast and you can catch a ferry to remote and beautiful islands such as Mull, Iona, Islay and Jura.
