Lovely 3 Bed home in Meia Praia-Santa Catarina, Brazil

Our second home is at Meia Praia Beach in Itapema City. Our 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment is on the 4th floor accessed by elevator, and can easily accommodate your family. A 120 square meters appartment with a barbeque balcony, that overlooks the city. Furnished with a queen size bed, two guest rooms with two double beds and 2 bunk beds. It`s in a safe gated building with cameras. We have a big living-dining room with sofas, well equiped with DVD and really nice 32" LCD flat screen TV. We have a washer machine in service balcony close to the kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped (microwave, blender, coffee machine, stove, oven etc.)

Our building is a short walk(200 m) from the beach. There is nice restaurant, pharmacy, grocery, and a shopping mall short walk away. This area is very familiar, friendly and safe. The Atlantic Ocean at this place is warm and calm, great for kids and everyone. It is located at 1 hour drive from the beautiful Island of Florianopolis (with its beaches The Praia Brava, Lagoa da Concei??o, Joaquina, Canasvieiras); twenty-five minutes drive away from Camburiu, Porto Belo, Bombas, Bombinhas and Mariscal.
