Lovely 1 Bed home in Montreal, Canada

Montréal is a very cool city on an island, reputed for its varied and abundant cultural activity. Our location, the "Plateau Mont-Royal", is renowned for its neighborhood life: cafés, parks, pubs, shops, food markets - making it a small village in a big city. Next to the Plateau are the downtown area to the South and Mile-End to the West. This is a bilingual city, where english- and french-speaking people live together. 10 mins from the subway, 30 sec. from one of Montreal's greatest Park, our apartment has the typical Montreal cachet. We have one dble bedroom, living room, kitchen, bathroom w/ full bath, small office, work shop, 2 cute balconies on each ends and an unofficial but sweet access to the roof.
