Our house is on the edge of the Peak District. It was built in 1791 as a house of correction, was later converted to almshouses, and is now a grade 2 listed single residence. We have only very recently moved into the house (January 2010), and so have only put one picture of the front of the house for now, but everything is in good working order and comfortable.
Downstairs there is an entrance hall, dining room, kitchen, utility room, toilet, sitting room and spare room (which has a wash basin and can be used as a bedroom). Upstairs there are 4 bedrooms, one with en-suite, and a family bathroom.
There is a garden at the front of the house, and a courtyard and field around the back. There is ample off-road parking for three cars.
