Bright, spacious house overlooking Trawbreaga Bay to Slieve Sneacht, in the most northerly corner of Ireland,

The house has freeview and gets both UK and Irish channels. We have a summer house, barbeque, buckets and spades etc.

500m into the village with the local shop, butchers, hotel, pub and tea room.

We are 35 minutes from the UK City of Culture 2013, Derry, one of the few completely walled late medieval cities in Europe.

We are one hour from Royal Portrush, home of the BRITISH OPEN 2019 golf tournament. We are 7 miles from Ballyliffen golf course home of the 2018 Irish Open. Fantastic golf courses,the Irish Open dates for 2018 are the 4th to the 8th of July and the venue is Ballyliffin Golf Club which is 7 miles, or a 13 minute drive, from the house.
And to complete your golfing holiday; Redcastle, Greencastle, Portsalon, Letterkenny, Otway, Buncrana, City of Derry, North West, Roe Park, Castlerock, Portstewart, Royal Portrush, and Bushfoot clubs are ALL within an hours drive.
We also have great fishing, walking, a fantastic local kayaking centre, sailing, surf school, birdwatching - golden eagles, red kites, choughs, so much to do in the area.

Culdaff beach (with Lifeguards in the summer months) and Five Finger Strand (highest dune system in Europe) are less than 3 miles, both are great surfing sites.

Malin Head, the most northerly point in Ireland, is 10 miles north of the village, and the ferry at Greencastle (12 miles) crosses to the north Antrim coast and the Giants Causeway world heritage site (about an hour away). City of Derry Airport connects with UK airports including Stanstead.
