Ideally located looking towards the mouth of the Victoria, B.C. harbour, our newly renovated and fully upgraded condo is light-filled from sunrise to sunset, yet cooled by breezes off the water. On the edge of the West Bay walkway, we are a 15 minute stroll from the centre of town with easy access to a wide variety of activities, entertainment and shopping.

The 140 m2 or 1500 ft2 condo has a large open living dining TV great room with excellent views, an efficient kitchen with an eat-at island, a large master bedroom with king (actually 2 XL twin adjustable beds,) walk in closet and luxury walk-in shower ensuite, second bedroom/study furnished with a comfortable sofa bed, a second bathroom with tub and shower, a separate laundry, and two small decks. Situated on the main floor of an eight-story building, the unit is actually a full story or more above the ground, facing on to a park at the edge of the water.

We never tire of looking out -- yachts, boats, canoes, kayaks, tugs, cruise ships, float planes, navy ships (Canada`s west coast naval dockyard is around a couple of headlands), seagulls, geese, ducks, otters, the occasional seal, rising and falling tides, the mountains across the strait in the USA, ravishing sunsets... endless entertainment and photo opportunities present themselves each day. Two excellent restaurants and a brew pub are within 5 minutes` walk, the centre of Old Town 15 minutes on foot across the bridge, and easy access to Vancouver Island`s spectacular nature within a 30 or 40 minute drive.

TV`s, DVD/cable pvr, stereo, high speed wireless internet, non-smoking, no pets. Car and bicycle exchange discussable.
