Our 2 storey home is on the North of the East Coast of NSW just 2 hours south of Byron Bay, 5 hours south of Brisbane and 6 hours north of Sydney. It is on 1.5 acres just 5 minutes to the beautiful Moonee Beach. Moonee Beach is great for all ages as there is a tidal creek that runs out to the surf beach.
The house has 3 bedrooms with large rumpus that can convert to 4th bedroom if needed.
We have a supermarket 3 minutes by car from our home and Coffs Harbour Town Centre is 10 minutes south. Things to do - Boating, surfing, fishing, tourist drives to the beautiful Dorrigo rain forest walk, shopping, restaurants, 10 pin bowling, clubs, relax and enjoy.
