Garden front and back. BBQ (gas and charcoal), outside table and chairs. Bench in front garden for coffee in the morning sunshine. NB garden is a work in progress!

We have (yikes!) four cats, who need feeding morning and night but are otherwise fairly independent. There is a cat flap and they come and go as they wish. We shut them downstairs at night so they don't wake us with their nocturnal antics.

About the location

We`re on a leafy quiet street, but handy for buzzing Chamberlayne Road, with many shops and restaurants, including the lovely Parlour.

On the south end of Kensal Rise, 15 min walk to Portobello Road.

Excellent transport links (15 min bus ride to Notting Hill Gate/Kensington Gardens, 25 min by tube to Trafalgar Square).
Many bus stops on doorstep.
Overground to Richmond, Hampstead Heath, Stratford, and many places in between, 7 min walk away, Bakerloo line also 7 min walk: 25 minutes into West End.
