Yarm has lots of good restaurants. 5 minute walk to Yarm train station (or free parking). Close to Durham, York, Whitby, North Yorks Moors & Dales. 30 mins drive to the Beach/sea. Tees Barage - world class water sports 15 minutes away.

Recently modernised semi; open plan living area, countryside views. We have a kingsize bedroom and a double plus 1 single with toys (our grandson's)1 bathroom upstairs (as photo) and downstairs toilet. Did not manage to get an exchange Summer 2010 so are now interested to exchange 2011
