2 miles from Brighton centre, quiet district of Hove. Aldrington train stn with links to Brighton (7 min), Portsmouth (50min), London (1hr 15min) 3 min walk away. High st with cafes, Sainsbury, local/organic/health shops, v reg bus route to Brighton 2 min walk away. Excl pubs close.

Hove beach is lovely, not too busy even in mid-summer, good swimming.

Great base for access to cosmopolitan Brighton/quieter Hove. Small park with kids facilities/cafe right by hse.
