This is a lovely Edwardian house with many period features, built in 1905. It is a rare example in the neighbourhood of an entire house in its original condition. It has been recently restored and modernised. There are four bedrooms each with a double bed. The largest is my office with a sofabed.
The garden is a lovely and quiet.
Transport links are very good. Wood Green underground is 10 mins walk - it's 15 mins ride to Kings Cross. There are several overground stations locally taking you quickly to the centre of town.
The local area is very well served for shops and restuarants. There is a huge shopping centre in Wood Green itself. Muswell Hill and Crouch End with their interesting shops and markets are close by. Alexandra Palace is very close and has a wonderful view of the whole of London.
The area is very quiet. The neighbours are very helpful and friendly.
