Lovely 3 Bed home in Serrungarina, Italy

Our house is 40 minutes drive from Urbino, the birthplace of Raphael, 20 minutes from both the beach and the Appenine mountains. You can drive there and back to Assisi in one day as well as enjoy vineyards and hill towns. There is, of course, the wonderful Italian food.

The house is well furnished with books, cds, dvds, and games.

There is a delightful garden complete with olive and fruit trees with plenty space for children to play.

Downstairs, there is a large kitchen, a sitting room and a pergola surrounded by climbing roses and lavender.

There are two double bedrooms and one single.

We have a young friendly Schnauzer, Max. We would prefer to leave him here but other arrangements can be made.
