Lovely 1 Bed home in London, England

We have 2 properties we can exchange. The one in London (pictures 1-4) is a third floor flat in a tower block. The flat is bright and spacious and has a pleasant plant filled balcony. The block, run by Camden Council, houses many families and has a friendly atmosphere. Its not the prettiest of building but is very well located at the junction of West and South Hampstead, Swiss Cottage and St John's Wood with train, tube and bus connections to other parts of London. (The British Library is 1 stop on the train.) Local facilities include theatres, cinemas, sports centre, restaurants and shopping facilities.

Our other property (pictures 5-8)is a small cottage in the Brecon Beacons National Park in South Wales. The stone cottage has one large bedroom, and a large living room with a wood and coal burning stoves for heating. There is a very large garden including a summer house with further bed space (ideal for kids). The cottage is in an ideal walking area in a small village with a convenient pub and restaurant. A car would be uesful, so as to facilitate visits to the main attractions of the area which include waterfalls, caves, and true wilderness.
