Modern Comfortable Sunshine Coast

We live in village-like Buderim,on the Sunshine Coast,(Please visit its web site on www.buderim.com), in tropical Queensland. We are one hour north of the river city of Brisbane, with its excellent shopping, theatres and entertainment centre, plus its international airport. We also have the Sunshine Coast domestic airport, 20 minutes from here, giving access to Sydney and Melbourne, and twice weekly flights to New Zealand.Our home is a short drive to stunning beaches at Mooloolaba and Alexander Headland, with good restaurants and trendy cafe life, swimming, surfing and fishing.There are also boat trips along the Noosa and Maroochy Rivers and out of Mooloolaba. We have a number of quality golf courses,lawn bowls facilities, cycling and walking, in or near to Buderim. From June to November you can whale watch out of Mooloolaba or Hervey Bay- these trips offer stunning close up encounters with hump backed whales. 30 minutes drive away is the famous twice weekly Eumundi craft market. The home of the Crocodile Man, Australia Zoo is only 20 minutes from here. Inland are the beautiful Glass House Mountains and Blackall Ranges, for scenic drives and picnicing.The internationally-known Gold Coast is 2 hoursdrive, and the famous tourist town, Noosa is 40 minutes away (Richard Branson knows a good spot when he sees one !) It`s all here !

Our home is a modern, open plan, comfortable, 4 bedroom, however, we use the fourth bedroom as an office. 2 bathroom house, with ducted reverse-cycle air-con, a garden with small swimming pool, Foxtel satellite television,wi-fi, computer and printer, and outdoor, covered sitting area. We use the fourth bedroom as an office.

Winter- July and August offer average daytime temperatures of 21 degrees celcius, plus. This is generally the driest part of the year, with balmy sunny days.
