Our spacious home is about 50 years old, in a quiet neighbourhood yet only a 15 minute walk from the historic centre of Shrewsbury (pop. 75,000). The town has an excellent shopping centre, fantastic new theatre, parks, leisure and sporting facilities and superb restaurants and pubs. You are only a short drive away from the magnificent Border lands and Welsh mountains or a couple of hours from the beautiful coast of Wales. For trips further afield, you also have excellent road and rail links to the major cities of the region and rest of the country.
Our home is located in a popular neighbourhood yet is only a 15 minute walk to the town centre through a beautiful park. If you wish, you can catch the bus at the stop 100m away. You have a convenience store by the bus stop too.
We have 4 good sized bedrooms, 1 of which is used as a study and 2.5 bathrooms. We also have TV, DVD, Wireless Internet and Hi-Fi for you to use. We offer our 2011 Vauxhall / Opel Meriva for the car exchange.
We have a friendly cat who would need looking after (friendly neighbours can care for him if you spend time away) and we would be pleased to look after your pets too.
