Lovely 5 Bed home in London, England

I designed and built this simple,light and spacious 200m2 house in 1999. The ground floor has a large kitchen and double height dining area that opens to the garden, and a separate sitting room. The 1st and 2nd floors are currently arranged as 4 bedrooms with 4 double beds, and a study area. We have another bedroom and we can add two single beds. The garden faces south. There is parking in a courtyard at the front of the house.

We are between the green open spaces of Clapham and Wandsworth Commons. The local high street buzzes with restaurants, bars, original fashion shops, specialist food shops and a fresh food market. A 12 minute walk to the stations, trains every few minutes for a 10 minute journey to the heart of the city. We love our area of London.
