Bishopston in North Bristol is a lovely part of the city, with shops and restaurants spread along its main artery, the famous Gloucester Road which is within walking distance and there are the Downs nearby. There is loads to do at the Harbour including eating places, bars, art galleries and boat rides. There is Bristol zoo, a science museum and lots of parks all a short drive from here. The countryside is just a few minutes away with Leigh Woods and Ashton court being particularly local and popular.
