The Workshop
We live in a detached wooden property right in the centre of Lewes, a stunning medieval town in the middle of the Sussex Downs, 15 minutes from Brighton and 1 hour 5 mins from London. The train station is a 10 min walk away. Although just off the High street, we are in a passageway, so there is no traffic going past the house, and it is very quiet. We have a beautiful view of Lewes castle from our window and shops/restaurants are all on our doorstep. Glyndebourne Opera house is 3 miles away and the coast is just a short drive away. We have recently had a new bathroom and kitchen installed.
There are 2 double rooms (one is a mezzanine level) and one further bedroom with cabin bed and bed underneath.
The house itself is modern and light with a large dining room overlooking the garden.
