Appartment in the center of Paris (limit between 10th and 2nd arrondissements). 10 min walking from Les Halles or 15 min from Centre Pompidou-Beaubourg. Rue du Faubourg St Denis, 300 m from Strasbourg St Denis or Chateau d'eau subways (line 4, between Chatelet and Gare du Nord).

Many cafes, shops (especially food, fashion), restaurants, theatres, cinemas, around. Very active zone.

Very sunny, very calm. 4th floor (no elevator).

Upstairs: south facing living room (an additional person could sleep on the sofa). Small kitchen, bathroom, another room with large clear mezzanine and double bed. Downstairs: 2 bedrooms with single beds, 1 small that you cross to access the other, large (possibility to use a mattress for a second person).

Note: inside stairs are rather steep.
