Lovely 3 Bed home in Santa Cruz, USA
We live in the hills above the beach town of Santa Cruz in a nice neighborhood. The home is on a cul-de-sac and across the road from a State Park with hiking and mountain biking trails. 4 miles away are many great beaches known for surfing and boogie boarding. Santa Cruz has wonderful restaurants and a charming downtown. San Francisco is about 1.5 hours by car. Monterey is about 1 hour.
The house is a fairly good size of 2400 square feet. We have a large kitchen (I love to cook!) and a comfortable living room with lots of entertainment options.
