Double fronted 4 bed victorian house superbly located between the north and south downs, with many opportunities to explore countryside and beautiful cathedral towns including Arundel and Chichester. The vibrant seaside resort of Brighton is a half hour train journey away. London is 30 miles away.


Our house is 5 mins walk from the rail station and 10 mins. walk from the town centre, with it's great restaurants and cafe culture. For children, there is an amazing adventure play area in the local park, as well as an indoor/outdoor pool, all 5 mins. walk away.

We have a very large trampoline in the garden. Being on the Gatwick train line [20 mins.] a car is not essential. Our house is in a quiet location in this lovely market town.
