Lovely 4 Bed home in Boston, USA

Well maintained Victorian era home built in 1888 and is ~2200 square feet (205 square meters), there are lots of windows with hardwood floors throughout. The house has central air conditioning on the first two floors. The third floor has window air conditioning units in both rooms.

First floor has a large living room with French doors, bookcase filled with a variety of books, an entertainment center with a 40’ flat screen HDTV, DVD player and Wii game system. The living room opens into dining room. A large dining table seats up to 10. There is also a piano. The kitchen was recently renovated and includes stainless appliances (dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave & oven), granite counters, dual sink with disposal and walk in pantry. There is also a half bathroom on the first floor with a toilet and sink.

Second floor has 3 large bedrooms and a full bathroom. First bedroom has a queen bed and a walk in closet. Second bedroom has a full bed, a huge beanbag and lots of kid’s toys and books. Third bedroom has a twin bed, huge beanbag and is filled with more toys and books. There is also a sitting area with several bookcases filled with books.

Third floor has two rooms. The first is a guest bedroom with a trundle bed that converts to a king bed or that can be kept as 2 twin beds. The second room is an office with a computer.

The washer and dryer are located in the basement. There is a back deck and patio. Both have tables for eating/relaxing at. For cookouts, there is a Weber gas grill on the deck.

Our relatively large yard (for Boston!) is fenced in the back. In addition to the space for kids to run around, the backyard has a tree house and swing set. We have lots of sporting equipment including 2 kid’s bikes and 2 adult bikes, baseball, soccer, football, scooters, skateboards, tennis rackets. There is also a basketball hoop in the driveway in front of the garage. The driveway can park up to 4 cars and there is plenty of parking on the street should that be needed.
