Lovely 4 Bed home in Brighton, England

Ours is a family house in a quiet area of Brighton. We are about 1km from the city center and 2km from the beach.

Everywhere is within walking distance in Brighton, which is famous for its friendly and cosmopolitan atmosphere, as well as being a major center for all the arts. We are on coast directly south of London, which is a 50 minute train journey away.

We have an open planned ground floor that opens onto a two level patio garden. In addition to 4 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, there is a little office in the house, there is also another heated office/utility room outside. There is also a garage which is given over to storage and workshop space, but there is free parking on the street immediately outside.

We have family and very close friends in the local area and they would be available to support and help guests if they have any problems.
