Located in a very quiet and safe neighbourhood of Broughty Ferry, our house is relatively new and modern. We have two large double bed-rooms (one en-suite) and a kid's bedroom.
Broughty Ferry city centre is around 5 minutes drive from home and Dundee is around 15 minutes drive. Easily accessible towns include St. Andrews(20-25 minutes drive), Perth (20 minutes), Carnoustie (10 minutes) and Arbroath (15 minutes).
In addition to places of historical significance popular with visitors, locally accessible facilities/activities include beaches and parks, fishing, golf, swimming and other sports facilities, walking and cycling paths etc. For outdoor adventures, there are many places of interest within an hour's drive from Broughty Ferry.
