Near San Francisco and Berkeley, this 2-bedroom--one used as a study, 2-bathroom condo (designed by William Wurster) looks out on gardens. It has a modern kitchen with plenty of cooking equipment. It`s a comfortable living space in which to relax. There are 4 swimming pools, tennis courts, pleasant landscapes, and easy access to Napa and Sonoma wine areas, SF, Marin county and more.

There are walking and cycle paths moments from the home, excellent bird watching opportunities, and if you like to fish, plenty of recreational fishing boats and a pier close by.

Trader Vic`s Restaurant and Hong Kong East Ocean Seafood are on the peninsula. There are a few shops including a local market. Additional shopping can be found ten minutes walk away.

Nestled on a peninsula jutting into San Francisco Bay with views of San Francisco, Golden Gate Bridge, Marin, and the rolling hills of the East Bay.

We also have a plot at a local community garden, a mile away, which you can visit and take produce from our plot if you are interested.

About the location

The Emeryville Peninsula, located just north of the Bay Bridge, contains a marina and yacht harbor, restaurants, and a neighborhood shopping center. Free shuttle buses take you to the BART station and around town. There are car rides to the city in the AM.

There are opportunities to shop in the central part of the town and plenty of local restaurants and cafes in which to dine. Emeryville has local artists art throughout the city and several POPOS--Privately-owned publicly open spaces, that are worth exploring. You can also find plenty of these in SF.

Berkeley University is approximately four miles away as is the Berkeley Repertory Theatre. We have many open areas to hike throughout the bay area. Oakland Museum is a BART ride away and is a wonderful, local gem.

Great restaurants all around; it`s a gourmet world to explore.
