Our 3 storey house is located in a quiet part of central Bristol and has a good sized front and back garden.

On the ground floor it has a spacious fully equipped kitchen, which is a great open plan living area. There are french doors leading to a lovely secluded garden with outside dining area, lightling, decking, beautiful plants and a small pond.

The front room is cosy and comfortably seats 6 people. It has a solid oak floor and newly installed, easy to use, log burner.

On the first floor, there are 2 large double bedrooms and a bathroom with shower and bath.

On the second floor, there is a recently completed attic conversion, which comprises of a wonderful space including a large bedroom with double bed and bed settee, solid oak floor and ensuite bathroom.

About the location

Our house is close to the centre of the historic town of Bristol, home of Banksy with its art galleries, theatres, maritime history, restaurants, pubs, nightlife, parks and beautiful surrounding countryside. The renowned Gloucester Road is a short walk away with its wide range of independent shops, cafes, pubs and restaurants.

It is only 12 miles from the beautiful spa town of Bath. To the south of Bristol are the hills and countryside of the Mendips and to the north you will find the Cotswolds. London is one and a half hours away by train.
