Cosy, seaside family-friendly, pet-friendly home with wood burner and playground

We are looking for trustworthy, animal loving people to house and dog sit for us whilst we are in Brittany over the half term (14th February until a flexible date up (to be agreed, up until 23rd of February)

We have 2 Cavalier King Spaniel dogs, Tessa and her daughter Orchid.

In exchange you will have full use of our home, bicycles, games, Lego, garden, trampoline, swings and the nearby beach.

A delightful detached residence in sunny St. Leonards, on the south coast of England. Only a few minutes from the sea via a beautiful park with duck pond, in the charming "Burton" area of town.

Ideal for those wanting a modern, comfortable family home with a child-friendly garden and sea views (from the 1st floor) in the county of East Sussex and heart of 1066 country - which boasts a host of wonderful local attractions, stunning medieval towns, museums, zoos, historic buildings and beautiful countryside.

Our home has 1 large double bedroom with king sized bed, 2 single rooms of reasonable size; One with a bunkbed in the smaller room, a single bed with pull-out in the 2nd largest room and all have dressing tables and wardrobe space.

There is a trampoline, 3 swings, slide, climbing frame, hammocks and plenty of Games and a mountain of Lego for children.

Only an hour and a half to central London and one hour by train to nearby Brighton. Also, easy access to the Eurostar and the neighbouring county of Kent.
