Traditional red brick terraced house on a quiet street near the centre of Exeter

Our house is a traditional terraced red brick house in the city of Exeter in Devon. We have one double bedroom with double bed, one with bunks and one single bedroom, so can accommodate up to five people (we also have a double sofa bed which could be used for additional guests).

Outside is a small enclosed lawned garden with outdoor seating, we have an adult and two children`s bike which you`d be welcome to use.


We have wifi, TV and lots of toys and games.

About the location

Exeter is an historic city with a beautiful cathedral as well as a bustling high street and many independent shops and restaurants. Our house is a 10-15 minute walk from Exeter`s centre, and there are cinemas, a swimming pool and Exeter`s main shopping centre all within easy walking distance. Belmont Park, with children`s play area, is at the bottom of our road.

A short drive away and easily accessible are Haldon Forest, with mountain bike trails and Go Ape, Dartmoor with many delightful walks and traditional villages, and the coastal towns and villages of East Devon and the South Hams. Exmouth, the nearest beach, is half an hour`s drive and is easily accessible by train. There are many other beautiful beaches close by. The famous Eden Project is an easy day trip by car, and there are a number of local National Trust properties with beautiful gardens including Killerton, Knightshayes and Castle Drogo.

There are good train and bus links to local attractions as well as direct connections to London, Bristol and as far as Edinburgh.
