Two storey attached house w/garage in accessible suburbs of South Manchester

Although my house may be thought to be one of many similar houses, it is somewhat unique in that the plot is quite wide in its street frontage, boasting additional space for a self-contained garage and parking for at least one other car and a tiny caravan. I have at least one bike and some or all of these may be available by arrangement while you are staying here.

Behind the house there is a modest rear garden that catches the afternoon sun with chairs available from the back of the garage. If the fruit is ripe on the trees, by all means use it while you are here.

Inside the house, the three bedrooms are on the upper floor. My office (at the front) and living room together with kitchen overlook the garden on the ground floor. There is a small utility space with washing machine and dryer next to the kitchen.

About the location

My house is within easy walking distance of the Wythenshawe Park Metrolink (tramline) stop that links Manchester international airport and the centre of Manchester. Wythenshawe was once a village to the south of the city of Mancheste and takes its name from nearby Wythenshawe House with its associated parklands. Manchester, has at least two major universities, also art galleries, theatres and concert halls earning it an exellent reputation as a major cutural centre. From one of the two mainline train stations in Manchewster are lines to local beautispots and other major cities and towns in the UK.
