Easy stroll to city centre: Edinburgh Castle, Gardens, museums, galleries, and tourist attractions. Our modern apartment is very well placed to discover all our wonderful city has to offer.

Yet we have plenty of green space around: Bruntsfield Links at the top of our street, running into the Meadows, and from there you can stride towards even more open space at Arthur`s Street and Holyrood Park.

Ideal for one couple, our home has a bay-windowed lounge at the front, while the rear of our apartment overlooks neighbouring homes and gardens. Our newly renovated west-facing kitchen/diner is modern and light, with a little sofa and table for two. We have an adjacent utility room for our washing machine and small freezer. Our master bedroom has a king-size bed (with good quality mattress) and a modern en-suite shower. The two other bedrooms we use for music and study. With underfloor gas central heating, the apartment is easy to keep warm.

We are on the first floor of this well-maintained building, up one flight of stairs. Being one apartment of six, we know all our neighbours well. We may also be able to offer our dedicated parking space if we’re away with our car.

About the location

Situated close to beautiful and leafy Bruntsfield & Marchmont, popular with young professionals, writers and retirees. At the top of our street, you can see the majestic Edinburgh Castle, less than 30 minutes walk away! Lots of green space to relax in, as well as a great range of local cafes, shops and restaurants. Play pitch and putt or stroll along Bruntsfield Links with Arthur's Seat (an extinct volcano) watching over you!

Edinburgh city centre and its attractions are within a short walk: several theatres, the Usher Hall, National Gallery of Scotland, as are local cinemas. You can use our great public transport system to visit the Botanic Gardens, the Royal Yacht Britannia, Rosslyn Chapel and many other historic places. You can reach the heather-covered Pentland Hills within a short bus ride for hiking and hilltop views. And our tranquil East Lothian coastline, with beaches and championship golf courses, is also easily accessible by road or rail.

We are only 12/13 minutes level walk from Haymarket Station for trips North to the Highlands of Scotland, and for easy travel to London, Manchester, York etc. Edinburgh Airport is a short tram or bus ride away for connections to European and international cities.
