Located on the Wild Atlantic Way,1 mile from village of Ballyvaughan, part of The Burren and Cliffs of Moher Geopark, a limestone area of great botanical and archaeological interest. Attractive walking/ cycling countryside. Many walking and cycling events held here throughout the year. An area many people return to annually. Good restaurants / seafood pubs in village and surrounding villages.
30 mins coastal drive from Cliffs of Moher, 50 mins drive Galway city. Excellent Atlantic surfing/beaches at Fanore (15 mins drive) and Lahinch (40 mins drive.)Classes available. Kayak classes also available locally. Day trips to Connemara, Aran Islands and Co. Kerry.
