Andalusian townhouse with access to open-air saltwater pool

Large modern villa in quiet, gated suburban neighourhood outside Seville, in the south of Spain. Quiet and private. Large garden and kitchen garden, patio and sundeck. Three bedrooms downstairs (master, double, and twin), comfortably lodging 5-6. Three full bathrooms (bath and shower in each). Modern kitchen, large living room and cosy TV room are located downstairs, plus exercise room, study and reading room upstairs. Central heating and air-conditioning. Computer with high speed wireless access and cable TV in English and Spanish. Plenty of parking space. Car exchange possible. Our plants need to be looked after, and one fairly independent cat will be needing feeding. She spends the summer outside in the garden 24/7 so she will be very little bother. Please notice that the house is not geared to very young children or people with strong allergies. The condominium pool (see pictures) is open to residents and their guests June to September and the bar by the pool serves wonderful tapas.

About the location

Our town house is located within a quiet neighbourhood 15 minutes from Seville`s city centre by car and 20-25 minutes away by bus. The neighbourhood has its own concierge and a night guard plus a club with two swimming-pools (adults` and kids`), tennis court, children`s playground and bar-cafeteria. The pools are open mid-June to mid-September; the rest year-round. Shops, cinemas, and hospital 3 minutes away by car.

Seville is the capital of southern Spain, offering charming sightseeing with all the attractions of a lively nightlife and cultural events. It is well connected to Madrid via the high-speed train AVE, to Barcelona, Valencia and Bilbao with low-cost flights (vueling. com), and with the rest of Europe (UK, Belgium, Germany, Italy, France, Belgium, the Netherlands) by low-cost and major air carriers (Ryan Air, Easy Jet, Air Berlin, British Airways, Tap Air, etc.). Another close airport is Faro in Portugal (90 minutesdrive from Seville). The closest beaches are in Huelva, about 45 minutes away by car, leading the way into the Portuguese Algarve, which is just above an hour`s drive away.
