Three bed period property in North Wales

Hello,
And welcome to our three bedroom house in North Wales just outside of Buckley. Our house is perfectly situated for exploring both the scenic North Wales area and also some of the major cities in England such as Chester and Liverpool. Please see further information in the section on our area.
The house itself has off-road parking for two cars (we are willing to exchange cars too if required)
It has all items you would expect such as washing machine, tumble dyer, oven, microwave etc.
The bathroom is huge! It has a lovely roll top bath and separate shower. We also have a downstairs cloakroom toilet
We have two double bedrooms and a single bedroom. We also have a double sofa bed in the living room.
The living room has a 6 seater corner sofa bed, 42 inch TV, Sky, DVD player etc. It`s main feature is the real wood burner!
The dining room has a dining table which seats 6
The views from the back of the property are amazing all year around. We are not over looked and have an outside BBQ on the patio which is perfect in the Summer.
Central heating and unlimited Wi-Fi throughout the property.
We successfully swapped our property in September 2015 with a couple from Brisbane, Australia

About the location

The house is perfectly situated for exploring both North Wales and England. We are about 10 mins away from the English border and 20 mins away from the English historic city of Chester with its Roman Walls. http://www.visitchester.com/
Chester also has the UK`s biggest zoo. It is amazing and well worth a visit if you are staying in our property.
Just 5-10 mins away from the property is Broughton Retail Park. With free car parking, cinema, restaurants, supermarket and shops it is the perfect place to go for some retail therapy http://www.broughtonshoppingpark.com/
If you prefer a nice walk, 5 mins in the car, or half an hour walk from the house is Wepre Park. I love going here for a walk. You will find here Ewloe Castle with dates back to the 11th century. It is a lovely walk in the forest with a visitor centre at the end to stop for a cup of tea! There are lots of good places for walks around the house. We have a book on local walks which anyone coming to the property is welcome to use.
It you fancy exploring some of the bigger English cities, Liverpool is just an hour away on the train. The train station is 5 mins away from the house and trains go every half hour. The train is only £7 return, perfect if you fancy a day going to Museums in Liverpool such as the Titanic Museum or a day at the Theatre

In the market town of Mold. Mold has the best market in North Wales every Wednesday and Saturday. They also have a food festival in September which is a must!
If you have children there is an ice skating rink just 10 mins away from the property in Deeside.
