OUTSIDE:
We have a beautiful back area with private pool, 30ft lush palm trees for full privacy. Outdoor comfy dining, teak loungers, comfy cushioned sofa and rocker chairs, lots of nice towels, beach chairs & umbrella.

INSIDE:
The house was newly refurbished inside and out in October 2018 and everything is new including dish washer, cooker, washing machine, new granite. We have new beds, new seamless glass shower with rain head shower.

Inside is light, airy and modern, yet cosy and comfortable with a huge leather sofa with attached chaise, new dining table and chairs. Beds are new and modern.

Master bedroom has new modern queen bed, large closet and storage. Bedroom 2 has 2 new single beds, large closet and storage. There’s a nice, cosy sofa for quiet time/ reading etc.

About the location

Boca Raton is an upscale prestigious area. We have a brilliant downtown location and there’s lots to do here. Lots of the best local beaches anywhere. Close to shops and supermarkets, take out and fast food as well as really nice expensive restaurants. We have a beautiful shopping Mall with both regular priced shops as well as lots of top designer shops and department stores, Saks, Nordstrom’s etc. many good golf courses and Places to fish. Meet up walking groups.

If you want to venture further we are approx 35 mins drive or local train to Miami Beach, and approx 2.5 hours drive or local train to Orlando and Disney world. Our local trains have massive comfy seats with a restaurant, electric and WiFi and not at all expensive.

So much to do here, so many local restaurants/ bars, Shopping galore. Lovely local park at end of street with tennis courts, walking / jogging and exercise circuit, movies where you can lay down with a blanket and pillow and be served food/ drink from your seat. Also regular movies.

Walk to the beach and big supermarkets and lots of other shops right around the corner.
We have local bike hire and the most beautiful local library with computers.Be as busy or as relaxed as you would like to be here.

AIRPORTS : transport can be arranged to & from airport by a friend also during stay should you need it. There is also a local train. Miami airport is 40 minutes from the property, Ft Lauderdale & West Palm Beach 20 minutes, Orlando about 2 hours.
The property is also a luxury vacation rental for anyone not interested in swaps.
