Light and airy 1930s home in Devon

A 1930s end-of-terrace home in a quiet cul-de-sac with friendly neighbours.

We have a king bedroom and three single bedrooms, plus bathroom, shower room and downstairs toilet.

Our kitchen is open plan kitchen overlooking our enclosed back garden that includes a trampoline and swings. We have off-road parking next as part of our front garden.

About the location

Totnes Fore St is less than 10 minutes walk. It's known for independent cafes, pubs and shops. Things to do include circular boat trip on the Dart to Dartmouth and back on the open topped bus. You can hire canoes at Totnes Paddle, visit Totnes Rare Breeds Farm & South Devon (steam) Railway, and Dartington Trust gardens. We're a 30-45 minutes drive to beaches round the South Hams: Blackpool Sands, Thurlestone, Bantham, Bigbury; and 30 minutes to Dartmoor.

Our local supermarket is Morrisons (or 15 min drive to Sainsbury's, Asda), Happy Apple (open all hrs) and Green Life (wholefood). There's an indoor pool at Fusion leisure centre, and several children's playparks. Totnes train station to Exeter (and onto London) or Plymouth (onto Cornwall) is a 15 mins walk.
