Townhouse in a urban place at the middle way between Girona City Center and Salt old Town.

Our cozy house is spacious, lighting and comfortable. There are three floors, with 4 bedrooms in the middle floor and a well equipped kitchen, a lovely terrace and sunny living room in upper floor. The terrace is the perfect place to dinner on summer and where we take care of our mediterranian plants as a lemon tree. At the bottom floor there is the entrance, the garage and a toilette. In the middle there is a room with a double bed with a bath, a room with two single beds, one more room with a single bed and another bath.

We are proud to have designed our own house and specially of our green roof which is useful to insulate the house and where we can grown some vegetables and make compost with organic garbage.

About the location

From home you can walking around easily and gent great rides to the river natural reserve. Natural landscapes around. Near to the one of the best green ways in Spain. You can visit easily Girona ancient town and it`s exceptional Jewish quarter (30min walking and frequent buses just beside home) and also it is a mall shopping center. There are a great cultural heritage in surrounding areas. Good public transport to the sea Costa Brava(40km), the most attractive place of the region, to Barcelona (100km, 45 min by train) and French border (60km)
